By selecting Logged in users, you can restrict to only logged in users who have accessibility\u00a0to your Knowledgebase.<\/p>\n<h4>Hiding a specific Category to a specific user Role:<\/h4>\n<p>[ph_sp_menu id=&#8217;advanced&#8217; label=&#8217;Advanced&#8217;] [\/ph_sp_menu] Below that<strong><em><\/em><\/strong>option, you&#8217;ll find listed, all the editable user roles with categories listed near them. You can use this option if you want to hide any category of your KB\/Wiki to any specific user role.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-592 aligncenter\" style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Fira Sans', 'Droid Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif\" src=\"http:\/\/demo.helpiewp.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/104\/2016\/11\/Screenshot-2018-01-23-16.51.23-280x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"343\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here is an example of hiding MISC category to Admins with the\u00a0<strong>administrator\u00a0role <\/strong>alone.<\/p>\n<p>You can see all the categories visible on the Main Page to Admin including the Misc category as seen below:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-349 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/demo.helpiewp.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/104\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-on-Sep-5th-at-07-47-PM-300x215.png\" alt=\"User access settings in Knowledge base \" width=\"592\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now if you wanna hide the MISC category alone to the Administrator, just select the Misc category alone and remove the All in the Administrator box as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-593 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/demo.helpiewp.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/104\/2016\/11\/Screenshot-2018-01-23-17.01.22-300x184.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"184\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once you save these settings, you can see the changes where this Misc category alone will be hidden for the Administrator in the Main Page as seen below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-350 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/demo.helpiewp.com\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/104\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-on-Sep-5th-at-07-48-PM-300x222.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"392\" \/>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the same\u00a0way, you can select <em>All or specific categories<\/em> that any user should be allowed to see.<\/p>\n<p>The default option is <em>All<\/em> for all User Roles.
